2010年在上海举办的世博会首次设立以“消除歧视，摆脱贫困，关爱生命，共享阳光”为主题的残疾人主题馆——生命阳光馆，这是举办世博会159年来的创举。“生命阳光馆”得到了中国政府、联合国及海内外各方面的高度重视和大力支持。在世博会期间，将开展“生命阳光世博展示”活动，活动采取地方展示周的形式，由各省选派残疾人技能手参加世博会期间的技能展示。黑龙江生命阳光世博展示定为2010年6月8日—12日，届时，我省将有6名残疾人技能手参加展示，佳木斯市宁雷、夏红，大庆市的王国峰，鸡西市的陈香，鹤岗市的李长江、朗文东将参加绘画、手工艺品的展示。在技能手展示期间，他们不仅要充分展示他们高超的绝技作品和自强自立的精神，充分体现我省党委和政府对残疾人事业的重视，对残疾人的关爱，更将宣传我省残疾人事业在“十一五”期间的快速发展和取得的成就。

    宁雷：艺名久翔，国家一级工艺美术师，当代优秀艺术家.、中华世界语文化剪纸艺术联盟工艺美术委员会会员；黑龙江省工艺美术协会会员、中国民间文艺家协会会员。师承于黑龙江省工艺美术大师刘建伟先生；师承于国家级工艺美术大师高元英、刘斌夫妇。
    Ning Lei: His artist’s name is Jiu Xiang, meaning a long flight; he is a national top industrial artist, contemporary outstanding artist, and member of the industrial artist committee of Chinese cultural paper-cutting art association; member of the industrial artist association of Heilongjiang Province, and member of Chinese folk artist association. He is a student of Mr. Liu Jiangwei, the renowned master in industrial art of Heilongjiang Province. He also learned his skills from Mrs. Gao Yuanyin and Mr. Liu Bin, who are both national-level industrial artists.

    Mr. Ning Lei is a well-respected young talent in the Chinese artist circle and father of fish skin relief sculpture. As a contemporary outstanding artist and a honorary ambassador representing philanthropy, he has been awarded the prize for salvaging the national cultural heritages of the minority groups. For years, Ning Lei kept on learning all kind of skills and techniques and endeavors to explore new forms of artistic creation, and thus enrich the national art of Haozhe fish skin with more cultural flavors and artistic expression. Due to his bold combination of folk art with modern art, his fish skin painting “Eight Spirited Horses” has won wide acclaim in the artist circle.

    Ning Lei came from a disadvantaged family of 3 handicapped people. Life has never been easy for him but he never gives up his pursuit for his dreams. And his dreams are to introduce the Haozhe fish skin art to the world, to earn reputation for China and to earn respect for the handicapped, encouraging them to be value people for the world by setting a shining example himself. As a handicapped artist, his struggling experience and success story has been frequently quoted in the national papers and magazines, which quickly become an impressive example for the young people who are handicapped. It is his commitment to help more handicapped artists to go global as he established the Daai Artworks Col, Ltd. Ning Lei is fight9iiing vigorously on his way to materialize his dreams.

    夏红简介

    夏红，1977年2月21日出生于黑龙江省绥棱县一个普通的农家，七岁的时候，一场意外的车祸夺去了她的双臂。巨大的灾难并没有让她丧失人生的希望。凭借自己对人生梦想的追求和无比坚强的努力，她不仅能像正常人一样学习、生活，甚至做到常人所不能，多年来，她在绘画、剪纸等艺术方面卓有成效。
    1999年，夏红就读于黑龙江省佳木斯市三江美术学院广告系，实现了她追去艺术的梦想。求学期间，她始终坚持夜以继日地学习，寄望以双脚来实现自己的人生梦想，每一幅画都比常人付出百倍的努力。
    几分耕耘，几分收获，2002年10月，夏红的两幅绘画作品被第六届“中华大地之光”组委会评选为优秀作品，本人被授予中华大地之光“优秀主人公”荣誉称号，作品发表在“中华大地之光”会刊的显著位置，并被邀请参加了在北京人民大会堂的颁奖大会，受到党和国家领导人的接见并合影留念。
    在体育方面，她曾经多次参加过全国残运会，省残运会的200米、400米比赛，取得不错的成绩。
